Hi Sharon,
Don't mind answering at all. We are located in Conover. We are 12 miles east of
Piqua. Piqua is located off I-75 between Dayton and Lima. Where are you?
I know what you mean about people. I just took a litter of Kittens teens to
Hope Clinic to get spayed. We get drop offs at our house all the time. Lucky
for us we have a resource for discount spay. Hope Clinic is a God send! They
are in Upper Sandusky, which is almost two hours away, but well worth it. We
have a wonderful group of women that pool their resources with both cats and
dogs so we can care for them all.
I also can relate with your favorite little boy. I have my little Grace
Patricia Kelly, Princess Grace, and I am absolutely in love. If something
happens to her I don't know how I would go on. She is my little 3 pound rescue
that nearly died trying to give birth. She is from an Amish puppy mill but the
man had the good sense to call a rescue group when he seen she was in trouble.
They sent a vet tech to get her and they drove her to Columbus to have surgery
and spay her. She lost the puppy but they saved her. I got her because no one
at the rescue could touch her. She is a biter! But I felt so sad for her. She
didn't bite me and I just would crawl in and sit with her. One day she made it
into my lap and it has been love ever since. Her fear was warranted. She had
half her foot cut off by the wire floor in the cage she was living in and a
litter mate ate half her tail. So she was scared and I don't blame her. Now,
she is spoiled rotten. However she is still a biter! We have to be careful to
let people touch her.
Well I am rambling on so I will close.
Take care Sharon.
Carol
