Sometimes doing the right thing just doesn't always feel right!

Deanna,  Humm, I did notice that you said nothing about how happy  Madison was
to see them. I thought that was strange.  Now I know why.  Maybe, Madison ran
away for a reason,.  NO I didn't  say that.  Just kidding.  Well, maybe they
will realize they don't have enough time for her and insist you take her back.
Sorry, I shouldn't say that ether. Bottom line, you did what you had to. Sorry
to hear it was such a emotional roller-coaster for you. Sincerely Valerie

I think she was Valerie...she did seem to know them...I was there about an hour
and she just kept sitting in my lap...she would walk off to go say hello to
them...she knew them...but she kept coming back to me and snuggling on my
lap...she brought me her ball...the one she loved while here that I brought
home with her...over and over again to play...they said they don't play ball
with her and the mom wasn't going to buy her one more toy because she keeps
ripping them up...I would just buy her more toys LOL...isn't that what they are
supposed to do?? When I got up and walked to the front door she started crying
and she tried to follow me out...they had to pick her up so she didn't come
with me...she cried and whinned...and so did I...till I got in my car. Their
son kept saying over and over again..."man, LuLu LOVES her Mom"!!!!

I don't think these people are dog people like most of us here are...they just
own a dog. I know they love her and they are very nice people...but she would
have been happier here I just know it...not to be poopie at all...but she would
have been spoiled rotten here...not just a dog! Both adults work outside the
home all day and the son was home from college...so she is alone a lot! She
would never have been alone here! LOL!!!

I really gotta stop thinking that way...she is home where she belongs...I just
miss her a LOT!!! I can not believe how different everything seems without her
here...

Hello Everyone!!

Just want you all to know I just got back from taking Madison...aka LuLu home
back to her family! They are AWESOME people!!! They were so happy to see her!!!
It was so hard but knowing that they were really great sure helped...Madison
has a Mom, a Dad and a teenage brother for her human family. And I think I have
realized that RESCUE is not for me...as much as I am so happy for that
family...i miss her so much!!! Maybe that wouldn't be the case with others but
Madison had my WHOLE heart so fast!! I think i will just concentrate on being
the best Mom and Dog Park Facilitator (lol) I can be to my sweeties...maybe let
the dogpark grow by one more...maybe not...but I don't have the heart for
rescue...thats for sure!! I really am too selfish and too emotional...these
little ones just mean way to much for me to be able to let go like I should!

I was working on a beautiful little Christmas dress for Madison/LuLu...so I
want to finish it today and get it over to them...so Madison will have
something from me. I gave them the info on the Vet that micro chips...advised a
collar with tags or a tatoo or something. They are going to breed her and told
me I could have one of her pups...what a tremendous gift that would be. But you
know how those things go so I am not going to get too excited about it...if the
Lord brings another yorkie into my life I am ready. If not He must have
something else planned!

I did offer if they ever needed a dog sitter or anything...she was always
welcome here!!!

The house feels so different without her here!!!! Myrtle and Mable are looking
everywhere for her...they are ready for their morning ball play...and she is
missing and they keep looking up at me and turning off to look for her...wow
she made such an impact here...the next couple of days are gonna be hard!!

Thanks everyone for letting me vent to all of you and going through this
process with me!! It was hard to do what I knew was right...and you guys really
helped encourage me. I sure did try to talk myself into not giving her back...I
had these people as AX murderers and dog fighters in my head...they certainly
did'nt DESREVE Madison LOL!!! But...they really are a very nice
family!!!....bummer! LOL!
