Wow that is crazy what do they want to see them suffer good grief! I think person has some power issues myself...Just makes me sick! I sure hope the foster family is good and can get her a new home!
Just my opinion! I think I will just stick it out until one pops in my lap. I am tired of dealing with idiots saying they are doing a better good when they aren't.
