My sisters cat is on thyroid meds. she can not just call and get more meds without the cat being seen and having blood test every 3 months. I would think its a good vet who does that. double check the animal to be sure things are looking ok. I understand about the money. Now in order to get a script it cost me $83.00 and then I still have to fill the script! I am upset by this. I think he could have given me the script. It isn't a narcotic! It is an antibiotic. He knows how many animals I work with. He know I was the one that pulled the teeth. He knows I know what I am talking about. And he basically examined the chi when he had it at his office.
