I met a lady today that runs a small breed rescue. She showed me some of her dogs and one of them had what she called "head-tilt"...to me it seemed there was something really bothering the inner ear. Does anyone know what this is...how it happens and what can be done about it? Is it common? She says it is very common in small dogs...pugs...bostons etc and I want to know more about it.
