Hi Gloria,

Since we both have an AOL address, I looked at my settings, on my web based
account and I don't see anything listed that says "selected text" or
original" listed. What I did find is under "compose" I checked Use
Rich Text / HTML Editing.

Does your AOL go through an email-client service? I have the free web based
AOL service, but all my emails go through an email-client which is
IncrediMail (it's a free service) .

I couldn't deal with how long it takes for AOL to load each email on their
web based page. And sometimes the copy and paste didn't work either. With
IncrediMail everything is so fast and simple because you have the service on
your computer as a program, instead of being on a web page service, with
advertisements that slow down your emails.

It is also a lot safer this way for attachments and inserts, since AVG scans
(my security) them all before I receive it.
Plus I love all the extra features that you get with this service.

So I don't understand why your emails don't show the thread, or why it puts
your reply at the bottom either. Wish I could help some more.

Subject: [Chihuahuas] Thread

Peggy wrote to ask why my replies didn't show the email I was responding to,
that it confused her. Well, I don't know why when I click on "reply" it
doesn't show the entire thread. I went to "mail settings" and changed the
setting from "selected text" to "original text" and the previous emails
showed. However, they showed on top and my response was lost at the very
bottom. How can I fix it so my response is on top and the previous emails
below it?
