On the AOL tool bar, I clicked on "Mail" scrolled down to "Mail Settings", at the bottom of "General" it has "Reply to messages" and you can select with "Selected Text Only" or "Original Text". I can't find "compose" anywhere to try to check out what you are doing to make it print the entire thread.. Gloria - Texas
