Friends,
I am all for you getting healthy. Do you know heart disease is the number one
killer of women, three times more than breast cancer. So do it for your health
is all I am saying. I just hate when every where you look there are women that
you know only eat lettuce and society says that is beautiful. When I was
growing
up I do not even think they had a size 0! Marilyn Monroe was a size 14 and she
did pretty good for herself. So just do it for the right reason not because you
do not think you are beautiful or because society says we should be sticks, we
are women and we are made to have curves - that is part of our beauty. Eating
right, exercise, don't smoke or drink in excess and you will be okay and love
your self. Nan and the girls

When you are gifted... give; when you learn... teach
