My advice would be to confine her to a smaller space until she really 
understands and is faithful to use the pads...a playpen, a laundry room etc. No 
running lose around the house. I don't know where you live but for us I want 
mine to stay trained on a pad because we get snow. What I am finding is that 
everyone still goes outside on the deck to potty in the snow...it is that 
rain!! They all hate the rain. Every now and then we use a pad inside but 
always in the rain lol!
