So Sad, their are pages and pages of Chi's their, just like in the CA shelters. Most of them are males. I did a search on small dogs about the 5th or 6th one down is a little Chihuahua named Rio .sooo cute. I already have the limit for my community but Ricky might like to have a playmate around
