Yes, I’ve already made the appointment.  I’m heading there now with Twigs.  Since she can’t tell me what is wrong, I always refer to the vet.  She’s very good with Twiggy.  I’ll let you know what the vet says.  Thanks for the best wishes.

You have given us very limited information, so I don't think you will get many suggestions of what to do.  If you are truly worried, and you would know better than anyone, you need to take her to the vet.  Best wishes.
