It is possible that she has a luxating patella? Dolly got that same way and
within a few weeks and many vet appts we found out that it was her knee.

Subject: [Chihuahuas] Twiggy is off to the vet

Hello all,

Even though I don't post here often most of you know of Twiggy, my 5 year
old Chi who is a puppy mill survivor. Over the last few days, I have
noticed that she's not as active as she usually is, seems a little more
irritated with Jack, my younger Chi, and seems to be losing weight. She's
always been a tiny girl, but seems to be more obvious to me now. I used to
say that she just carries all of her weight in the front, not on her back.
But, I'm concerned about it. Please send good thoughts and prayers to Miss
Twiggy girl. I'm sure everything is fine with her but I just need to make
sure.
