Hi Deanna, I could foster him a month, and yes this would only work for me if his bail has been paid, as I am house, horse, Chihuahua poor right now...? We got a hold of the man's wife and she said she would come for Skipper but she didn't and now the phone number is out of service. So poor Skipper has been unavailable and waiting for his people for almost a month, but we've given up on them. Skipper hides under his blanket a lot and seems sad but he is still so very sweet.
