Hi Raven, Portia lives a couple hours away from me in Los Angeles, CA. I am try to get her basic location so I can find a vet in her area to do a donated spay...she is blind and has no car. If I can find a vet to do it pro Bono I can get her to the appointment. She needs help both with transportation and cost of spay.
