It sure seems like there should be something.    I'm in AZ and don't know 
anything except that back in NY when my Mom was disabled there were church 
programs that took folks for all kinds of appointments...    here in Tucson 
there is a School For the Blind... if there is anything like that in your area 
they may have some help available....

Nothing wrong with asking.. The answer to your other question is, there is a 
program for both disabled and the blind, but it can be unreliable if I need to 
be somewhere at a certain time.. If it is set on a day that I can make sure to 
get there, yes..

 

I only use it mostly if I am not expected at an appointment.. But, I will see 
how it goes and if I can get somewhere not to far.

Its just alittle worrisome now..
