Mine are not a large percentage not showing up but I have had some. For example, I am having work done at the house, I sent in my down payment and sent an email to tell them it had been mailed but I had not received a reply telling me the check had been received and when the work would start. I had to call them and the woman apologized and told she had replied to my email and that she would sent me a copy (which she did). Then, I sent an email accepting a luncheon date and they called me to ask if I had received the invitation. Those are examples of what's ;happening here. Gloria
