Gloria, Do you have an email service from your internet service provider?
If so, it may pay for you to use them for important emails, and just use AOL
for the groups. That's what I do and am glad, because your internet
providers email is usually much more secure and reliable.

Also, as far as anyone trying to determine who you are responding too
because your email will not include the
previous post in it, you could use the persons name that you are responding
to, that would help. Also if it is not to long of a post, you could also
copy their post and paste it into your email reply.

I remember trying to help you out once before about this issue and we couldn
t solve it then, so I don't know
what else to suggest, other then to recheck the settings that you have in
the Yahoo group itself. Maybe if you switch to the "Traditional'' setting it
may help. You could experiment their with different ways to receive and send
your messages and see what happens. Because the way you set it up in the
Yahoo Group can effect the way AOL sends it too.

Mine are not a large percentage not showing up but I have had some. For
example, I am having work done at the house, I sent in my down payment and
sent an email to tell them it had been mailed but I had not received a reply
telling me the check had been received and when the work would start. I had
to call them and the woman apologized and told she had replied to my email
and that she would sent me a copy (which she did). Then, I sent an email
accepting a luncheon date and they called me to ask if I had received the
invitation. Those are examples of what's ;happening here.
