I ama liscenced atty. I know law if nothing else. And in 13 years of breeding this is the second complaint I have had. As an atty I can tell you I am on solid legal ground. I dont even owe her a buy back. I WANT to do that to try to be reasonable. She will jot even give me her vet namecand number so I can contact the vet to see what is going on. My vet saw the pup 6 days before it left and gave a clean bill if health.
Now, as far as electric bill....google......ky......even the legislature has convened a special committee to find out WHY in the world electric bills havd sky rocketed. No ond can pay them right now. Government called in the utilities commisioner to testify as to WHY. It is a state wide problem right now.
