She is being totally honest.she evidently lives with her Mom and at home they most likely communicate with sign language also. She said that she didn't hear the cough because she is deaf, but said that her Mom heard the cough. I did not think of the special phones for the deaf.and I was not challenging in my question, I was inquiring. Just the same as I asked Portia how she could see to read the posts.just inquiring. I have seen some real ugly mean things said on this group. I think that the best thing to do when something irritates you a whole lot is to type your reply..BUT DO NOT SEND, Walk away and get some fresh air or hug your Chihuahua. After 10 minutes come back and read what you wrote.is it something that you would like someone to write to you. If not, then just edit it and make it like you would want to receive it. I am fairly new to this group. I don't know who is new, or who has been here since the beginning, or even when this group was formed. We all do things differently.we all love our Chihuahuas, and we all have our own way of taking care of them. There is nothing wrong with that. I think that if you want to make a suggestion, there is the proper language and no shouting. This gal was very stressed out about the situation and she just wanted to get the opinion of others about paying the vet bills. She was attacked by many people. She said her house was cold, but perhaps she forgot to add that the puppies had lots of blankets and some other source of heat. The basis of her post was wanting to get information about the vet bills and if the buyer should just give her the puppy back. Thank you. Even if you have not you should be smart enough to know that just because a person is deaf does not mean they can't do anything YOU can do. I know law if nothing else> how did you communicate with this buyer if your deaf? <We had already arranged pick up of the pup on Sunday so when I met her we discussed the cold. She did not have to take the pup but I told her, if she wants it, take it to the vet and if the vet says anything is wrong, she can return it and I will give her her money back. Monday I called her to see what the vet said. How did you hear her on the phone if your deaf? Your not telling the truth and your waisting our time here. AND IF SHE GAVE YOU A BILL, YOU WOULD KNOW WHO THE VET WAS. DAH! sorry but I think your "puffing" about this whole thing.
