I really don't know how she survived the last 2 and a half weeks there? She was in a kennel with 4 or 5 more dogs that were at least 25lbs.
She will have the good life from now on!!

A person who knows I am crazy for Chihuahuas, sent me this.  This baby is in a shelter about 40 minutes from me.  It says she's a mix and I don't know her age and she's not spayed but oh, it breaks my heart to see the photo of her living conditions.  I may have to go check her out, get her and then try to find a good home for her.
