I kept Emiliano in a pen until I could trust that he was not going to chew up the house. I still put him in there at night and when people he doesn't know or like come over (the cleaning lady for one). I keep his sleeping tent, a water bowl, toys, and the litter box in there and lucky for me, never once has he tried to climb over.. Gloria
