Sounds as if you're doing all the right things.  It takes time, some  dogs 
are more mouthy than others, its a test to see who gives in first!   Stay 
with it.  You can try spraying Bitter Apple or some such product on  your 
hands but again, it works on some and not on others.  The good thing  is that 
most dogs outgrow the nippy stage.
