Does your vet's office also have boarding? It might be worth the money that it would cost for when you are gone. I have left Dolly at the boarding when she had colitis, and Desi when he was scarfing up too much food. I had some peace of mind that if something happened when I was gone that their vet was there.

He gave me some pain meds and told me not to let him move around a lot for a few weeks... Monster seems a tiny bit better today. I think the meds from last night helped. The vet said if he gets worse he may need surgery. But he doesn't think it'll come to that. I'm taking him back to the vet on Thursday so they can see if he's getting better. I leave Friday for Minnesota. Now I'm even more worried about leaving him then I was before... Lorena Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
