>> What is wrong with some of these rescues? When I was looking for a chi to adopt/rescue last spring, I was turned down by a local small animal group. WHY? Because I made the mistake of telling them that I horse camp every weekend during the riding season. They didn't like the fact that the rescue puppy/dog would be in my RV in a crate while I was out on the trail riding my horse. Let's see...hanging out in an RV verses in a shelter??? What would a dog like??
