Hi Rose, Wobbley Bear is so cute. well weight isn't Rider's problem he only weighs 3lb. 3 oz. and he doesn't wear a coller so nothing has touched his neck to irritate it. Going to take him to the vet to see what the problem is. Blanche and Rider
