We are having a pretty strong wind right now and now that I look towards the window, I see that it is starting to rain a little too.I’ve not been having the best of pain free the last several days. I have some pretty severe muscle spasms that started on Friday around my hip, then the next day it was up from the hip until about waist level, and then today it is from my hip going down the leg, across my lower back and then some in the waistline area. I went to church then took my meds, an hour later I was in bed taking a siesta. I slept for four hours and now I am going to try to stay up until it is time for meds again. So, I really hope that there are no fireworks tonight, and if so, that I can just sit in the chair with Dolly & Desi and calm them and not strain my muscles.Happy 4th to all of you and your families.
