Well, maybe he liked playing on the ground with your daughter's dogs and wants to go back and play? He could be barking to let you know he wants to go out and visit his nieces/nephews.

When we got back Rider came running to us and came home readily and appeared to be happy to be home but since coming home he will not sit with me or hubby, he bites us if we try and hold him. He is barking like crazy which he didn't do at her house or here before we went away. What can I do?? Blanche and Rider
