[Chihuahuas] Getting ready to celebrate Nyala's 18th Birthday

Hi all,
 
I am starting to think towards celebrating Nyala 18th birthday on September 
1st. Trying to come up with things that she would enjoy, like a dress harness, 
so that she can feel like a queen. So if you have any ideas, please let me know.
