Although we walk twice a day, we seldom meet anyone else. We live in a small city in Ontario, Canada. I take her to the local farmers' market every week and she is slowly becoming accustomed to all the people walking around. We also take my grandchildren to a large city park where the kids play and Lily just watches.
Lily will only come when called if she knows absolutely that you have a treat, although she will always go to my daughter when called. She sits and stays, is learning to fetch or "bring it". Because she is not trustworthy in voiding in the house, she is constantly leashed and attached to me, unless she's outside on the roofed deck. She wants to be out there all day. Who can blame her, it's the only place she is really free.
I love Lady Lily to bits, and can hardly wait for her to realize that the house is not a toilet so that we can have more fun together.
