They are amazing little critters.  My gf had a Bischon that had seizures..some
little..some grand mal..but the biggest ones were always on a full moon. It was
like clock work.  They used to double his meds before a full moon.

Subject: [Chihuahuas] Bart

Last night, around 10:00 p.m.  Bart went into another of his “fits” of panic.
I finally put him in his crate so he could not hurt himself.  I have an
appointment with my vet for the 11th of Nov. to have bloodworm done on him.
Meanwhile I just keep giving him diazepam.

The vet agreed that it is quite true that some animals are able to sense
earthquakes and it upsets them.  There are earthquakes all the time somewhere
in the world.  But Bart reacts to only the biggest unless it hits right here
(like the one last week).  Last nite there was another big one  at REVILLA
GIGEDO ISLANDS REGION at 6.5.  So again Bart is right on.
