I have a mixed household too.  7 dogs (pug, chug, 3 chihuahuas and 3 chi
mixes), 6 cats and 1 bird.  Yes the dogs have some issues, but they are not
too serious.

Thanks Judy for that quick response - made me smile. I've prayed about this
- talked about it with other animal loving friends, prayed some more - and
thought it time to reach out to 'chi' owners for their input.
