I have two chihuahuas and a quaker parrot and my husband has a psycho Jack Russell. My chis are very sweet and gentle and the Jack..not so much lol. But, they have all learned to tolerate each other..mostly because Mom gets very unhappy when there is discord in her household. My chis have what I call the 5 ft theory. As long as Jack respects their space, everything is calm and peaceful. They don't trust him, and I don't either, but we are co-existing peacefully.

I have only one dog, so can't speak from experience but have seen photos from people on Chihuahua lists that have other dogs, even seen photos of a Great Dane and a Chihuahua, who get along and play together.
