I got one of those with the artificial turf for Emiliano at Petco and I asked if it could be returned if he wouldn't use it, they told me yes. Good thing, because he wouldn't use it, so I returned it. Then I tried the "frame" that holds the pee pads, he won't use it either. My problem is that he had a litter box for more than two years and it got stinky no matter how well I washed it. I couldn't find an identical box, so I bought another one, well, he wouldn't use it. So, I tried the other alternatives. He will use the pads but not if I put them in the frame. Go figure!
