So happy that little Charlotte Rose is now at your house. when I got Desi from 
the breeder at 8 weeks, he had never been outside in his whole life. he 
actually got sick in the car on the way home. if your breeder said that 
Charlotte Rose had mever been outside, then she obviously was puppy pad 
trained. I think putting her little coat on and taking her outside even if it 
is to just hold her, will acclimate her to be outside. so maybe if you do the 
puppy pads outside and gradually move it to where it is not out there anymore, 
so it may be fairly easy to train her to go outside without the puppy pads.
