My friend Roxy has been fostering this little dog and he needs a home. Salty Dog is an adoptable Chihuahua Dog in Eagan, MN. Salty is a foster favorite. He is very timid at first, but warms up fairly quickly. Typical Chi. But once he is comfortable he is adorable.
