Bless you for saving the little Chihuahua...that was sweet of you...I have 4 doggies I rescued...Spike ( my Chug...Chihuahua/Pug Mix) is from the pound, Winkee, my tiny Chihuahua was found starving near a highway..Miss Mouse came from a place in California, she was crippled and they couldn't breed her..and Pudge is my Pug that was given away at 9 weeks because he peed on the rug...We live in VA...it depends on the different days...both of my Chihuahuas potty a lot...some days more than others.
