Welcome to you and Benecio. Why would you think his skin needs powder? All I suggest is a brushing about once a week. To find a good quality food, I suggest you go on the internet and do some research. Several sites have dog food brands rated. You will want to feed him small portions, three times a day, until he is a year old. You can then cut back to two feedings. Good luck to you. Would love to see some photos.
