I know it sounds funny, so unless the breeder wants you to rub the lotion in
his belly, the only other reason that I can think to put lotion on the puppy
is if he is bald!

I have only heard about the Omega 3 & 6 oils and it works wonderfully for
Desi.

the breeder said that lotion was recommended but he used a powder instead
supposedly chihuahuas are succeptible to dry skin? but his skin looks fine
to me. i guess i shouldn't worry about it unless he needs it?
