It's cold her too in Pittsburgh PA - Charlotte (my first chi - adopted in 
November) doesn't go out - she's puppy pad trained (thank you all for the help 
with that) - she'll go out when it's spring/summer and on nice Fall/Winter days 
- but personally - if it's not 50 degrees - she doesn't need to be outside 
unless she chooses to come out with me and my other two dogs-LizaJane and 
Timmy (who go out in any weather). If she feels the 'chilly' when I open the 
door - she runs to the furnace vent and waits for us to come back in (smart 
gal). 

Lucky are those who have 'chi' weather all year long...

Maya and I are living in Colorado Springs, CO. I just adpoted my Chihuahua last 
week on friday and she has already stolen our hearts :) 
The cold is a concern for me this is my very first chihuahua and my first toy 
breed so I have a lot to learn.
