It is not whether the advise is good or bad, that is a matter again of opinion, 
but in polite society, there are ways of offering advise that do not attack or 
offend.

Not really Judy, it's just that Diana's reply to Lynda seemed cruel in my 
opinion.  I felt sorry for what I perceived as a harsh response to a new person.
I am fairly quiet on here because I, too, have received critical replies to my 
posts.
