Gosh, that reminds me... My little toy poodle (1 # too much to be a teacup) used to catch squirrels and eat them... And also would eat them when they were nice and 'ripe' if I didn't catch her at it in time! This is just me.....I can't seem to get past the fear of a dog choking on a bone, and don't for the life of me understand why they can't get e-coli and salmonella, and other bacterias from eating raw meat. I know that wolves even eat mice and don't get sick. I also saw some one post a video on u-tube and she gave her dogs a dead mouse and a whole rabbit. I don't think I could stomach feeding that to my dog at all.
