I have a box of Childern's Benadryl Perfect Measure. There are 10 pre-filled spoons contaianing 5 mL of liquid. But on the back it says: Active ingredient (in each 5 mL) Diphenhydramine HCI 12.5 mg   The one time I used it, I opened the spoon and dipped my fingertip into  the syrup and offered Jácob a taste. I repeated that 4 times before he refused to lick that nasty stuff off of my finger anymore. I did not make an accurate measure. But it still seemed to work. (I tossed the remaining liquid.)
