Awww...he does look so scared, the poor baby. I sure hope he finds a furever home real soon!

OT [1 Attachment] [Attachment(s) from Susanne Defoe included below] We donated money to a community project where they were placing benches in a new community park. We got one with a plaque for my mother-in-law. We and our children go and sit on the bench and think of her often. Wow, my heart goes out to you who have lost children. May I ask how they passed? To keep this on a Chi track, we got a beautiful black and tan male Chi into our rescue today. It was a struggle not bringing him home, he was so scared. Fortunately our little ones get adopted fast! I'd like to memorialize him in a "permanent" way and am asking you what you think I can do. Each monthly anniversary, I release helium-filled balloons (one with a "love note stuck inside it), knowing that it will get through the "atmosphere" (!??) and almost all the way to heaven; then he can reach down and grab it!! In my mind, it happens... So, to mark his one year, can you give me suggestions as to how I should commemorate it? Thanks so much. Carolyn
