Only the strongest survive what this sometimes cruel life can throw at them..I 
truly don't know whether to applaud these shelter people or condemn them for 
their callousness..I guess neither because judging is up to God and at least 
they are in an arena where they can be saved..

 Congratulation, I also adopted my dog from a shelter. She had all her shots 
and was spayed the day before I picked her up, was surprised to see her outside 
on a  cold rainy day.  Thought for sure she would be inside at the hospital 
part.  She was out in the cold!   I went to her cage and she was shaking from 
the cold and scared and I'm sure no pain medicine .   Valerie. Ps she is a 
happy little girl now!
