Man, he is so much worse than I even thought. Emaciated isn't the word for him..beyond that. Dark crusty patches everywhere..cough..It is amazing he survived the last two days..between the shots and the neutering, much less life until now. But he amazingly sweet..still wagging his tail and giving kisses..and craves being touched. Makes me cry Judy too just looking at him. Of course the County vet did not do a pre blood work or even give him a bath. How sterile is that for God's sake?? He will have to wait now because of the neutering other than a wash cloth bath tomorrow. He goes to my Vet tomorrow morning..I will feel so much better when I know what we are facing instead of imagining all sorts of terrible things. But he is eating..well..like the starving guy he is. Cant give him much tonight but tomorrow he can have more. He is curled all up in his bed with his head on his toy monkey sound asleep. He is home but has a long way to go..
