Do you think that he may have been burnt by mean people? However, I think that the shelter would have told you if they thought that was what it is. However, it seems like that shelter doesn’t really care too much about things.

Not sores..more like brown, leathery discolorations.and crusty ears..but not red. I suppose it could be a really bad allergic reaction to fleas etc..best case scenario. He ate a little but would not drink. Got a couple of syringes of water into him..Has not gone to the bathroom since home so probably dehydrated.
