A female Chihuahua, named Jewels, took off running from her owner this morning, which she has never done before. She is on heart meds and needs them. The owner has posted signs, called and faxed her information to vets in the area, the SPCA and the local shelter but has not heard anything. She was lost on Belcher Road and County Road 1, in Dunedin, Florida. Her picture is attached.
