I thought it would be a good idea to update you all on the sale of my home. After meeting with the buyer (found him to be very nice) we decided to speed up the process of getting my home closed. So the closing date is being moved from the 30th of march to the 22nd. (That is barring any problems.) The buyer bought all my furniture and some tools. This makes it cheaper and easier for me to move. Also I have been talking to my realtor in Idaho. The house up there is still available and at a wonderful price ($19,000 cash). I'm about 1/3 packed, but still have the kitchen, bathroom and some stuff in my bedroom to pack.
