It doesn't make any sense to me that they can't find out what is in them that is causing so many to get sick and die. I think they need to come up with better and faster new types of testing, because if it ever happened to humans we would be in the same boat. Maybe they also need to hire better scientist, seems like the staff they have now has no clue as to what they are doing.
Fact is dogs are dying and they have enough evidence from consumers and Vets that it is the jerky sticks, and that should be enough to get them off the shelves, while they are trying to figure out what is in them. I'm so glad I got the warning because I keep seeing chicken jerky treats in stores all over town. I'm ticked off that the FDA & vets can't prove conclusively that the chicken jerky is the cause of illness in our beloved pets. If it was a human getting sick, the FDA might step in??
