In 22+ years of working for many different vets in 2 different states (Ohio and Alaska), I have never once had a vet who would refuse to see a dog who wasn't vaccinated. Not once. Now, some may require vaccines to be current prior to surgeries or boarding, but I have NEVER had a vet refuse to see a dog or ask to see shot records before treating a sick or injured animal.
